Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: Oman (Hamer 1986, 1988 both as Palarus sp. no. 1 (coll. CGR)), Saudi Arabia (de Beaumont 1962), United Arab Emirates (Roche 1981 as P. sp. 1 and P. sp. 2; Hamer 1986, 1988 both as P. sp. no. 1 (coll. CGR) and P. sp. no. 2 (coll. CGR)).
