Larra anathema (Rossi, 1790) Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: Bahrain (Pérez 1907),? Kuwait (Al-Houty 1989, 1997 both as Larra analis Fabricius, 1804, probable misidentification of this species); Saudi Arabia (Gadallah & Assery 2004b, c; Gadal- lah et al. 2013), United Arab Emirates (Schmid-Egger 2014). Extralimital distribution: Widespread in southern Europe, North Africa, western and central Asia.
