Distribution in the Arabian Peninsula: Kuwait (Al-Houty 1989), Oman / United Arab Emirates (Hamer 1985 as Lirris sp.), United Arab Emirates (Hamer 1986, 1988 both as Liris sp. no. 1; Howarth & Gillett 2008).
