Remarks. This is the first record of this species from Pakistan. Theretra latreillii subsp. lucasii has been recorded from southeast Pakistan, the Western Ghats (India) and Sri Lanka, then from Nepal and northeastern India, east to southern China and Taiwan, and southeast though Indochina as far as the Philippines, Sulawesi and the eastern Lesser Sunda Islands (Pittaway & Kitching, 2013). It is replaced in the Moluccas by T. latreillii subsp. prattorum, and in New Guinea, Australia, the Bismarck Archipelago and the Solomon Islands by the nominotypical subspecies.
