Distribution in Iran. Ardabil (Ghahari et al. 2010a), Fars (Linnavuori 2010), Tehran (Linnavuori 2007), Iran (no locality cited) (Aukema et al. 2013).

General distribution and hosts. Eremian species, known from Iraq, Iran and Tunisia; on Populus alba in Tunisia, maybe an accidental presence or a label mistake (Carapezza 1997).
