Notocotylus attenuatus (Rudolphi, 1809)

Intermediate host: Lymnaea auricularia, L. bactriana, L. corvus ( Gastropoda: Lymnaeidae).

Cercarian group: monostome.

Habitat: freshwater.

Definitive host group: birds.

Localities: northwestern and northeastern parts of Uzbekistan.
