Intermediate host: Lymnaea auricularia, L. stagnalis, L. palustris ( Gastropoda: Lymnaeidae).

Cercarial morphotype group: strigeid.

Habitat: freshwater.

Definitive hosts: birds.

Localities: northeastern and central parts.
