Isotypus: UNITED KINGDOM. Wales, Glamorganshire, Coed-y-wennalt, 41ST147835, from bark of living Fraxinus developed in moist chamber, 8 Aug 1975, DWM 2058 [one slide, K-M001435024], (Fig. 5C).

Notes. The holotype was previously deposited by Mitchell in K (K-M000082126) (Fig. 5D), he kept a slide in his own collection.
