The holotype K.D. Whitney 800 was deposited at BPI, but only BPI 743315 (K.D. Whitney 792), was found in their database. According to Whitney & Keller (1982: 622) paratypes were distributed to the following Institutions IMI, NY, K, UC, and individuals D.W. Mitchell and N.E. Nannenga-Bremekamp, and numerous specimens were retained in the author’s and D. T. Kowalski private collections, currently at CHSC and BRIT.
