Isotypus: SPAIN. Canary Islands, Tenerife, Barranco de Orchilla, San Miguel, 28RCS 4203, 100 m, on decaying Euphorbia canariensis pith skeleton in moist chamber, 27 Mar 1998, leg. J. Mosquera, s.n., DWM 5694 [one box, K-M001435077], (Fig. 6A).

Notes. The box does not have the TFC Mic number, where the holotype was later deposited, but the data otherwise all coincide so we believe this is a fragment of the holotype sent to Mitchell by J. Mosquera (see Fig. 6A).
