Paratypus: USA. Arkansas, Mississippi Co., Blythville, Maplegrove Cemetery, on living Chinese elm in moist chamber, coll. 25.8.73, watted 20.12.73, harv. 3 Jan 1974, leg. H.W. Keller 1166, DWM 2606 [two boxes, K-M001435017], (Fig. 5F).

Notes. In both boxes only the name of the species and number appear, but in the notebook Mitchell gave the rest of the information confirming this as a paratype. A duplicate of this same specimen (H.W. Keller 1166) is in BPI (BPI 826401), also the holotype (BPI 826392), along with various isotypes (BPI 826393, BPI 826395).
