Isotypus: JAPAN. Kochi Pref., Aki-shi, Higashi-hachimangu, on bark of living Podocarpus macrophyllus, 20 Jun 1989, leg. Y. Yamamoto 7929, DWM 4920 [one box + one slide, K-M001435043] (Figs. 6C‒D).

Notes. The specimen data coincide with that of the holotype. In addition, “ isotype ” is noted on the box so it is definitely a duplicate. Nannenga-Bremekamp & Yamamoto (1990: 270) stated that the holotype is in TNS [TNS:F-M-Y 22014, 22015], and another isotype in the Nannenga-Bremekamp collection no. 16356.
