Notes. Specimen DWM 7686 in the Mitchell collection is an isotype, as cited in the publication of the species, but instead of a slide of 2 sporocarps (Moreno et al. 2010: 202), they are in an Eppendorf tube inside one of Mitchell’s boxes. The box only notes the name of the species, “2 sporocaps” and “typus”. Nothing further is in the notebook.
