Type locality. WC: Riversdale Mts, at ca. 450–1000 m asl.

Distribution. Type locality only, in the south-eastern Western Cape, distant from the site of the other subspecies.

Remarks. Holotype SAMC A21709, semimature, dissected, preserved in formalin, slightly decomposed.
