Type locality. KZN, Drakensberg, Cathedral Peak.

Distribution. Species is known from few sites at the eastern slopes of central Drakensberg. Cathedral Peak area: Ndumeni Forest, Doreen Falls; near guest house of Cathedral Peak hotel; Ngele Forest, moist litter. Remarks. Holotype HNHM AF/2363. Paratype HNHM AF/2356.
