Type locality. WC, Deep Walls Research Hill, Knysna Forest, nursery beds.

Distribution. Known from the coastal belt in south-eastern WC, near Knysna Forest (Research Hill, forest and Buffels Nek, field with low bush, ploughed for the plantation).
