Diagnosis. Antennal flagellum short, brownish black or black. Head and mesosoma granulate, dull, impunctate (Fig. 56). Mesopleuron with foveate groove usually represented by weak oblique wrinkles or stronger granulation (Fig. 56). Propodeum with fine basal keel which is sometimes indistinct (Fig. 57). Metacarpus not reaching tip of fore wing (Fig. 55). First metasomal tergite slender, usually finely striate laterally before glymma (Fig. 56). Second tergite about as long as anteriorly broad. Metasoma dark brown (Fig. 55). Ovipositor slender, long, with small dorsal subapical notch (Fig. 55).
Distribution. Russian Far East; in Japan known from Hokkaido I. First record from Japan.
