— Holotype female (ANIC), pyrethrin knock-down sample from mosses on a tree trunk, callidendrous rainforest dominated by Nothofagus cunninghami, on the slopes of Mount Victoria, within 100-500 m. of the walking track, Mount Victoria Forest Reserve, Tasmania, Australia (41°20'S, 147°50'E, 900 m).
