World distribution. Chile.
Chilean distribution. From Coquimbo to Valparaíso region (Fig. 28).
Altitudinal range. From coastal to inland valley ecosystems (50– 491 m.a.s.l.).
Biology and notes. The habitats of this species has been scenario of several socio-environmental conflicts and the native forest have been replaced and fragmented by avocado crops, urbanization and wildfires (Carranza et al., 2020). All basic aspects of its biology and ecology remain unknown.
Conservation status. EN under B2ab (iii) using AOO = 8 km 2 and two localities and subpopulations.
