Distribution: Afrotropical: Somalia, Sudan, Yemen. Palaearctic: Egypt, Iran, Jordan, Libya, Oman, Palestine, Saudi Arabia.

Evenhuis and Greathead (1999) cited this species as recorded from Jordan.
