China (Yunnan).
Remarks.
After study of original material, Lachnodiopsis szemaoensis Borchsenius was transferred to Paraputo as P. szemaoensis (Borchsenius) by Williams (2004). As it has more than six setae on the anal ring, Danzig and Gavrilov-Zimin (2015) recognised Lachnodiopsis as a junior synonym of Formicococcus and made a new combination, F. szemaoensis (Borchsenius). Because the presence of more than six ring setae has been treated as an invalid generic character herein, we still agree with the opinion of Williams (2004) and consider Lachnodiopsis to be a junior synonym of Paraputo .
