Material studied. 7 males, BOLIVIA, Dep. La Paz, ANMI Madidi, Chalalan Ecolodge, Laguna Chalalan, 14º25.499”S, 67º55.249”W, 25.vii.2003, leg.: Robertson, B & Blahnik, R.J. (MZUSP).

Distribution. This species has previously been recorded from the States of Amazonas and Acre, Brazil; in the present study we give the first records of O. intermedia from Bolívia.
