Diagnosis: Size about 60µm. Robust peduncle, measuring about half the size of the body and enlarged proximally. Smooth pellicle. Peristomial disc with convex elevation when expanded, elevation almost forming a sphere. Curved and prolonged infundibulum. Long and robust oral ciliary. Found in freshwater environments.
