Distribution. Asiatic part of Turkey (Kennel 1910); Iran: Fars (type locality), Alvand (Hamedan Province) (Razowski 1965, 1971).
Remarks. In the examined specimens, the forewing fasciae are not distinguishable (Fig. 3A). Both male and female genitalia of the examined specimens match well with those figured by Razowski (1965: 243, 244; the later of which was subsequently (Razowski 1971) considered a synonym of the newly described species, C. regifica) (Figs. 3C, D). However, in the female genitalia of some specimens there is a very narrow sclerotized ring at the posterior end of the ductus bursae (probably an artefact of slide moutning) (Fig. 3B).
