Cratojoppa nigritarsis Heinrich, 1934

Material. Indonesia: SW Sulawesi, Ciaker Alam Laiya, c 15 km S of Camba, c 400 m, 1 ♀ 28.xi.1991, leg. C. van Achterberg (Leiden) .

Remarks. This specimen belongs to the var. bonthaina Heinrich, 1934 with its slightly reduced ivory coloration. Body length 15 mm. Flagellum with 42 flagellomeres; moderately lanceolate; 1 st flagellomere 2.7 × longer than wide, widest flagellomere 2.1 × wider than long. Hind femur 3.8 × longer than wide, ventral 1/3 with sparse punctures.

Distribution. Only known from Sulawesi.
