Stegana (Steganina) septencolorata Li & Chen, sp. nov.

(Figs. 13E, 13F, 60)

Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) nayun sp. nov. in the shape of male terminalia (Figs. 54, 60), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the surstylus with 1 peg-like tooth and some minute, serrated processes near distal margin (Fig. 60A, B); the cercus with much pubescence (Fig. 60A); the aedeagus with some pubescence distoventrally (Fig. 60C, D); the subepandrial sclerite vaulted, roundly expanded distally (Fig. 60G).

Description. Male: First flagellomere brownish. Clypeus brownish yellow. Mesonotum brownish medially, yellow laterally (Fig. 13E). Katepisternum yellowish, brownish on anterior corner (Fig. 13F). Scutellum brown, yellow at tip (Fig. 13E). Halter mostly white (Fig. 13F). Fore femur with a row of 3 long, suberect setae on ventral surface. Abdominal tergites brownish to brown (Fig. 13E, F); sternites yellow, about 2 times as wide as long. Male terminalia (Fig. 60): Epandrium with ca. 7 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side (Fig. 60A). Surstylus with numerous setulae near distal margin, lacking pubescence (Fig. 60A, B). Hypandrium roundly expanded anteromedially (Fig. 60C, D). Pregonite small, with 5 sensilla (Fig. 60C, D). Aedeagus tubular, distally expanded, distoventrally with 5 rugae per side, lacking serrated process (Fig. 60C, D). Aedeagal sheath with some minute, serrated processes distally (Fig. 60E, F).
