Stegana (Steganina) fuscipes Li & Chen, sp. nov.
(Figs. 9A, 9B, 41)
Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) multiprocera sp. nov. in the shape of male terminalia (Figs. 41, 53), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the frons entirely brownish, not shiny; the palpus large and dark brown distally (Fig. 9B); the pleura, katepisternum, and legs mostly dark brown to black (Fig. 9B); the aedeagus with 4 pairs of processes basolaterally (Fig. 41C, D).
Description. Male and female: First flagellomere black. Clypeus yellow. Mesonotum brown medially, yellow laterally (Fig. 9A). Scutellum brown, yellow at tip (Fig. 9A). Halter mostly brownish (Fig. 9B). Fore femur with a row of 3 long setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites mostly brown (Fig. 9A, B); sternites brown, about 2 times as wide as long. Male terminalia (Fig. 41): Epandrium with ca. 10 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side (Fig. 41A). Surstylus with some minute, serrated processes on outer surface, 1 peg-like tooth and several setulae near distal margin, lacking pubescence (Fig. 41A, B). Cercus lacking pubescence (Fig. 41A). Hypandrium slightly expanded anteromedially, with 2 spinous processes subposteromedially (pregonite?) (Fig. 41C, D). Pregonite blurry or absent (Fig. 41C, D). Aedeagus with much pubescence distally (Fig. 41C, D). Aedeagal sheath glabrous (Fig. 41E, F). Subepandrial sclerite slightly vaulted (Fig. 41G).
