Stegana (Steganina) curvitabulata Cui & Chen, sp. nov.

Diagnosis. Eighth sternite broadened, curlied laterally, with dense setae along posterior margin (Fig. 35B).
Remarks. The terminalia of the only male specimen was partly damaged (probably eaten by a cockroach) and undescribed.
Description. Male and female: First flagellomere brown. Clypeus brownish medially, yellow laterally. Mesonotum dark brown medially, brownish laterally (Fig. 7G). Katepisternum yellowish (Fig. 7H). Scutellum dark brown (Fig. 7G). Halter mostly grey (Fig. 7H). Fore femur with a row of 4 or 5 sturdy setae on distal part of posteroventral surface. Abdominal tergites dark brown to black (Fig. 7G, H); sternites brown, about 2 times as wide as long. Female terminalia (Fig. 35A–C): Epiproct with several small sensilla, lacking seta and pubescence (Fig. 35A). Cercus and hypoproct with numerous setae and much pubescence (Fig. 35A, C).

Type materials. Holotype ♀ (SCAU, No. 125498, DNA #2689), CHINA: Jianfengling, Ledong, Hainan, 18°41'50''N, 108°50'04''E, alt. 750m, 17.iv.2008, ex tussock, J.J. Gao . Paratype: 1♂ (SCAU, No. 125499, DNA #802), other data same as holotype.
Distribution. China (Hainan).
Etymology. A combination of the Latin words " curvus " (= curved) and " tabulatus " (= plate), referring to the lateally curlied 8th sternite.
