Stegana (Steganina) alafoliacea Zhang & Chen, sp. nov.
(Figs. 6A, 6B, 27)
Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. (S.) baoxing sp. nov. in the dark body color (Fig. 6A–D), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the surstylus with numerous minute, serrated processes on outer surface (Fig. 27A); the aedeagus strongly expanded apicolaterally in ventral view (Fig. 27B); the aedeagal sheath with numerous minute, serrated processes (Fig. 27D, E).
Description. Male: First flagellomere black. Clypeus black. Mesonotum and scutellum dark brown (Fig. 6A, as wide as long. Male terminalia (Fig. 27): Epandrium with ca. 5 setae on dorsal to posterior portions per side (Fig. 27A). Surstylus curved submedially, with 1 peg-like tooth and several setulae distally (Fig. 27A). Cercus with much pubescence (Fig. 27A). Hypandrium expanded anteromedially (Fig. 27B, C). Pregonite blurry or absent (Fig. 27B, C). Aedeagal sheath erect, slightly dorsad curved (Fig. 27D, E). Subepandrial sclerite deeply split medially (Fig. 27F).
