Blennidus mesotibialis group sensu novo

Diagnosis. A single species from southern Peru (Dept. Cuzco) distinguished by presence of a subapical inner spine in male mesotibia (see also B. bellesi group) and very distinctive aedeagus, which is short and markedly curved downwards at apex in lateral view:
