Genus: Sumatraxena Legalov, gen. nov.

Type species: Sumatraxena helleri Legalov, sp. nov.
Diagnosis. Body yellowish; rostrum almost straight, slightly longer than pronotum, without adpressed setae ventrally; antennae almost reaching base of pronotum; eyes finely faceted; head behind eyes with weak constriction; temples slightly shorter than eye; second ventrite 0.6 times as long as first ventrite; femora lacking teeth; metafemora weakly curved; metatibiae curved.
Etymology. From Sumatra Island and the generic name “ Metrioxena ”.
Comparison. The new genus differs from the genus Metrioxena in the femora lacking. It is distinguish from the genus Sundaxena gen. nov. in the finely faceted eyes, strongly curved metatibiae in males, the rostrum lacking adpressed setae ventrally, antennae almost reaching the base of the pronotum, and the head behind eyes with weak constriction.
