Distribution: India; Brunei; China; Japan; Korea; Malaysia; Myanmar; Sri Lanka; Thailand (Robinson et al. 1994; Koçak & Kemal 2012; Zhang 2017).

Host: The larval host plant is reported to be Ternstroemia japonica (Theaceae) (Kawabe 1989; Byun & Shin 1999)
