TL: India, Assam, Khasi Hills [now in Meghalaya].

Distribution: India (Meghalaya); Japan (Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku); Korea (Byun et al. 1998; Komai 1999).

Host: Park (1983) reported the host as Quercus sp. ( Fagaceae) in Korea.
