Platyrrhacus utoquinius Chamberlin, 1941: 494, fig. 152–154.

Types: ♀ holotype from Peru: La Frontera, Upper Utoquinia, 1928. Deposited at the AMNH, cat. no. 9482 (Chamberlin 1941), we could not confirm its current state.

Distribution: known only from the type locality.
