Platyrrhacus affinis Brölemann, 1919: 260 (original description).

Types: ♀ holotype from Ecuador: "Entre San Nicolas et Guanasilla"; Rivet leg, 1903.

Distribution: known only from the type locality. Originally deposited at the MNHN, we could not confirm its current state; it is not listed in their on-line database.
