Barydesmus acompus (Chamberlin, 1941) new combination

Platyrrhacus acompus Chamberlin, 1941: 491, fig. 103–107 (original description).

Types: ♂ holotype from Peru: Iquitos. Deposited at the AMNH, cat. no. 9470 (Chamberlin 1941), we could not confirm its current state.

Distribution: known only from the type locality.
