Distribution. China (Shaanxi, Guizhou, and Yunnan Provinces, and Guangxi Autonomous Region). Remarks. This species was described in detail by Viraktamath, et al. (2012). It can easily be distinguished from other species of Japanagallia by the numerous spines of different sizes present on the aedeagal shaft.
