REMAINING ORIGINAL MATERIAL. — Annam. Núi Han Heo près de Nhatrang [= Vietnam. Khanh Hoa, Mt. Hon Heo near Nha Trang], 4.X.1922, Poilane 4873 (NY [NY00335024]!; P [P00721605, P00721606, P00721607]!; VNM [VNM00015221, VNM00015222, VNM00015223]!) .

NOTES

Lecomte (1930: 948) cited Poilane material from “ Annam: province de Nhatrang, Cô-inh, Henkéo, alt. 700 m. ” as the original material but did not give collection numbers. We found two collections with matching characteristics: Poilane 4873 from Han Heo, Nhatrang, and Poilane 4606 from Cô Inh, Nhatrang, with specimens at K, NY, P, SING and VNM. The selected lectotype (P00721608), belonging to the gathering Poilane 4606, includes a wood sample and a typed description of the wood that matches closely the protologue.
