Dimensions.—Body-length= l.899 mm., max. width =0.0 1 8 mm., oesophagus ~0.4 1 8 mm., tail:0.1 4 8 mm., v u l v a:0. 0 2 5 mm., ~ ~109.5, β =4.5 4, γ = 12.83, V =5 3.9 8 per cent.

This species agrees precisely with de Man's (1921) description o f A. elegans, the length of the b o d y being twice as long as in A. primitivus a n d is distinctly narrower.
