Holcocranum saturejae (Kolenati, 1845)

Distribution in Iran. Fars, Khuzestan (Linnavuori 2011), Hormozgan (Linnavuori 2004).

General distribution. Eremian, although poorly known in North Africa, extending into Sudanese region; well known in Europe; quoted in USA (Virginia).

Comments. On the shore of a little river with Tamarix sp. At light in a garden near a salt lake. Known on Lamiaceae, Salix sp., Typha sp., and Phragmites sp. (Linnavuori 2011).
