Distribution in Iran. Ardabil, Guilan, Tehran (Linnavuori 2007), East Azarbaijan (Ghahari et al. 2010c).

General distribution. Holomediterranean, extending to Central Europe, Middle East, Middle Asia, and China.

Comments. In mountain meadows on Lamiaceae, especially Thymus sp. (Linnavuori 2007).
