Metopoplax origani (Kolenati, 1845)

Distribution in Iran. Ardabil, Guilan, Tehran (Linnavuori 2007), East Azarbaijan (Hoberlandt 1987). General distribution. Holomediterranean, extending to Central Europe, Middle East and Middle Asia. Comments. On Asteraceae, recorded from Anthemis sp., Helichrysum sp., and Matricaria sp. (Linnavuori 2007).
