Material examined. INFUECO stations: BC8 0611, 1 specimen, 235 m depth; BC9 0611, 1 specimen, 121 m depth; BC8 0710, 2 specimens, 87 m depth. INCOECO stations: BC9 0611, 2 specimens, 260 m depth; BC2 0710 2 specimens, 201 m depth.

Habitat. In sandy sediments in a depth range between 87 to 260 m.

Distribution. Atlantic Ocean, from the Cantabrian Sea to the Canary Islands; Mediterranean Sea. First record for the Canary Islands.
