Lectotype (Kort & Thijsse in Blumea 30: 135. 1985): Herb. Linn. No. 923.20 (LINN) .

Current name: Indigofera suffruticosa Mill. ( Fabaceae: Faboideae).

Note: Although Fawcett & Rendle (Fl. Jamaica 4: 16. 1920) noted the existence of 923.20 (LINN), and commented on its identity, they did not treat it as the type.
