World distribution. Cosmopolitan.
Diagnosis. Body soft and flexible. Dorsal and ventral plate hard to distinguish. Anterior margin of lorica flat. Foot pseudosegment not protruding from lorica. Completely separated long toes, about 1/3 of total length. Tip of toe sharp, without claws. Toes lanceolate, and widest in the middle.
