Current name: Cojoba arborea (L.) Britton & Rose ( Fabaceae: Mimosoideae).
Note: Fawcett & Rendle (Fl. Jamaica 4: 148. 1920) indicated unspecified material in BM as type, but it is unclear whether Plukenet or Sloane material may have been intended, though neither would be original material for the name.
