CHOROTYPE. — Centralasiatic-European.

ECOLOGY. — Natural and semi-natural open herbaceous areas. In Italy, it is recorded only from a few localities in the Alps, below 1500 m (Naumann et al. 1999). Lhp are Rumex acetosa and Rumex acetosella .
