Diagnosis. For external comparison with O. shania and O. pulchripes see the diagnosis under O. shania . In addition, the apical brown patch and the brown basal part on the hind wing are more distinct in O. loochooana than in these two species. The male genitalia are somewhat similar to those of O. pulchripes in the slender sacculus. But the valva of O. loochooana is more elongate longitudinally, the sacculus is much longer and narrower, and only hooked at the distal part. The aedeagus is distinctive by bearing two rows of spiny teeth.
