NU may belong to a number of species. As was noted by Hammer (1953, p. 6), “ Morulina gigantea …, determined

by Wahlgren and James, hardly belongs to the said species, but may be one of the two Morulina species found by myself”. General distribution: Nearctic and Eastern Palaearctic.
