Remarks: These records are dubious: as Christiansen & Bellinger (1980, p. 949) noted, “we have seen no Nearctic material which could be referred to lanuginosus, or, in fact, any Nearctic specimens lacking body pigment, antennal scales, and mesothoracic humping”.
